O, nice find, @chat_rose ! So there's still early nineties PR6000's out there. Yours has the same pro team specific features as mine (regular shop sold bikes didn't have them): the extended seat tube collar and the "perforated" headset spacer ring.
Can I ask you for a favour? In case you take the forks out of the frame, can you weight them for me? Forks that came with my frame look like Prestige forks but weight a ton. Thanks!
Right ! And it’s precisely my size so it was a no brainer. Indeed, I knew about the extended seat tube that was a pro feature but not about the spacer ring. Are you sure? ‘cause it seems quite dull.

I read it somewhere . I believe it was also an"invention" of the frame builder (that Dutch guy, can't remember his name), meant to add stifness without adding extra weight.
