At one point there was an interim CTO at GSTT who was charging £1000 per day and working from Bangkok.
The true scandal there is how much IT money has been spent and how much of that money has been skimmed into private sector profits.
** I worked there in 2016 and quit in protest due to what was happening. All the big consultancy firms had their noses in the trough.
