he needs to go through richmond park, bit further west, and approach box hill from the bottom (westhumble side). returning on the east side is good

perhaps @PhilDAS can fine tune the western bits ? being in tufnell park i rarely visit the west but in my understanding it might be enjoyable to go along the river for a while in kingston, go through Esher.
