Why no manslaughter charge?
Oddly, this is just the circumstances where they could be charged with 'Causing bodily harm by wanton or furious driving' it's part of offences against the person act, rather than the road traffic act.
it seems to have a 100% conviction rate ....... if your a cyclist etc.....
