Neither is mine, but 4-piston caliper and 203mm rotor gives beautiful modulation and plenty of power without having to develop the grip strength of a gorilla. If a fork manufacturer told me not to do it, I'd get a different fork over giving up my lovely brake.
It's clearly not a downhill bike because the brakes failed you going downhill, so you need to make it a downhill bike.

I think 180 will do. If it’s not enough I’ll put a four-pot calliper on. Two-pot on a 200 just doesn’t make sense to me.
