It works really well, I know they’re supposed to be a different pull ratio , but with them set close to the rim they work just as well if not better than side pulls.
@themidge I’ll keep my eyes peeled if they aren’t full of mud and rain !
@Tijs I agree and m I waited ages for one to come up for sale. When I got it, it was extremely bent. Seems to be a theme with 90s mtb parts. I’m gonna strip this one when I have the time ! -

I read somewhere that due to the parallel movement on those shimano brakes, they work well with drop bar / short pull levers?
