Question - what is the point of a self-circulating/ re-circulating extractor hood? If it's not extracting moisture what is it doing? Im convinced we need to fit a proper extractor when we do our kitchen but maybe Im wrong.
I'd rather not as the cooker is on an internal wall so ducting will be a right pain, probably through the bathroom floor and across the ceiling

What's the point? So kitchen companies have something else to sell you when they can't sell you an extractor because of your building.
What does it do? Makes a noise and catch grease from frying.
If you don't cook meat in your kitchen, only gently fry food, and have enough drafts/extraction elsewhere it might be OK.
Put a deposit down on the magnet kitchen and committed to buy it today. Getting worktop elsewhere, as was 1k cheaper.
Got 50% off the cabinets (which is effectively full price), 20% of the sides and stuff (which really added up) but got £1500 towards appliances which is comparable to a decent discount I think, so got a nice AEG oven and hob, standard beko fridge freezer, beko dishwasher.
Primed with extractor knowledge from @Acliff I decided theirs was shit, AEG too expensive so looking to get something like the one he linked but it is now out of stock in stainless! needs to be 60cm or less self circulating. Also buying my own tap (theirs looked shit, so now tap shopping).
Also done away with quooker idea. Will get a nice induction kettle.
Any extractor, mixer tap or kettles anyone would recommend?
Can't wait for the before and after. It is blue and will have light quartz top
