Ok couple of things fiddles with today, saddle angle/height and ferrules/cables cut to length. Short 40km ride as the rain came in this morning and it rides fantastically. Guess it's done!

I carefully went back over that thread and then spent half an hour agonising over the positioning in order to not get shouted at and/or shamed

Thanks folks.
This is in true LFGSS style, a bike built around a component. In this case I've been obsessed with building around that Ritchey fork. It reminds me of those nice Look HSC3 forks, and Easton forks of the day. Chunkier, but still a similar curve. With big tyre clearances too on standard reach brakes it seemed like a winner for what I wanted.
The big concern that had me going back and forth for over a year was how it would actually look in the end, it seems designed really around an internal headset, 46mm external headtubes. I wanted an external cup headset (I'm tall and think super long head tubes look too garden-gate like) and my worry was if it would all come together looking awkward and oversized.
Ultimately I took the leap after seemingly going around in circles getting nowhere. I'm glad I did.
I'm still trying to get a good picture of the colour, which is a bit more green than it turns out in the photos (or my eyes are truely fucked - likely too). Here's one from the builder which is a little more accurate IMO. Last photo I promise.

The paint is really amazing! The color of the letters on top of the fade is perfect. Such a great bike

Somebody needs to make an EC34 lower cup that matches IS41-profile fork crowns

Moved to Walthamstow, got an electric bike to carry my kit into town, so now the Dear Susan has been converted for playing around in Epping Forest. New wheels are on the way (Hope too noisy for the woods!).
Need to find someone who can make a custom rack mount that's quick release. Does anyone know anyone?

Ages since my last (bike related) visit to this site (been more active in the "LFGSS Art Club" thread actually...) but today I finally finished one of my paused projects. A 1993 Scott AFD 901 to match my 1993 Scott Pro Racing mountainbike.
