At first I wasnt fully into it to start but now ive used it about 15 times im into it. It'll be better when the arch is out, as when your battering it the temp can dip a bit.

All that math. They’re all circles so remove pie from it and just square the pizza sizes.

I didn't in the end. I can get 8 medium pizzas out of 1kg flour, so was just being lazy.....

Fair enough. I've only really got into biga dough and the 48 hours+ planning needed is a drawback. Having something you could pull out the night before and pizza the next evening would be very tempting...

When I make pizza dough (just a boring recipe atm!) I tend to make a big batch and freeze in balls similar to those sold by that site. They defrost pretty quickly and mean the faff to pizza ratio is a lot less

Yea same here, I use 4 and freeze 4 out of my 1kg of flour batch, they defrost within an hour or 2.
