Ridewithgps tells me there is no off road, but worth a check. This also hasn't been planned with stopping at certain points in mind, just a way that looks nice!

I put this together in anger after having to bail on BCM. Long portions of it are near the BCM route but take quieter roads. I have NOT done this route but I reckon it would be fucking awesome and I do plan to do it at some point, although I haven't worked out what to when I get to Bangor (probably train home). Anyway an idea for you. I have another version that goes via the Devils Staircase as well which looks lush but quite hard:
