Hi. Potentially interested in these. Where is the 44cm measured from? The hoods or the drops?

44cm as Salsa measures it, which appears to be hoods CTC.

I want your pizza frame. Any way you known of any adalptors to fit a fork without canti brake wholes ?

It fits to mid-fork eyelets and the fork crown brake hole.

Someone managed to figure out an alternative mounting solution using Tubus rack hardware but YMMV:
