Will be interesting to see if this EDF news will have any bearing on Sizewell C. In a post Brexit Tory world, is it really acceptable to be handing over twenty billion or so to the French government to build and operate a power station?
The Tories are quite happy to hand over annual subsidies/tribute to foreign owned TOCs, Train Operating Companies.
