Perhaps learn about how people end up overweight and why it's difficult for many people to reverse that. And finally, why being fat shamed makes it worse rather than better.

That's a sliding scale. There is a lot of behaviour that people are called cunts for which might be the result of mental health issues. A lot of it might be the result of pressures in society which then gets shaped by people damaged by it.

It’s my opinion that if someone is dangerously overweight for their own sake they should try and live a healthier life style.

I read the other day that obesity costs the nhs over £6 billion a year.
