it is done. In pretty good nick, small dent o the top tube but nothing serious.

Going the drop bar route, so need to decide what to do about the maguras.

Ditch them, there's a good deal on shorty ultimates on ebay.

Hey guys, anyone in London (preferrably west or central, but anyhwere in london) got a lefty hub cap pin tool I can borrow for <5 minutes?

Yeah saw that, only seems to be fronts at the mo. TRP CX9 Mini V the other option paired to some R7000.

Fair few scratches, will grab a little touch up paint, the swap out the stock gruppo for a 1x and some nicer wheels.

I’ve hacked it to project two 1.5m lanes either side of me on town sign approaches. Probably not worth the effort it took.

Just shown a bit of love to the Caad 8. New headset bearings, chain and gear cables.

Probably should show it some bdhu but don't want to deal with leather bartape. And it rides well as is.

For how long I don't know as it might be in the departure lounge too as I have started hankering for electronic shifting.
