Lol, I have neighbors like this, most of the summer will go for a walk in a winter jacket and trousers, I don't get it, some of them have been here decades but apparently haven't acclimatised, dread to think what their heating bills are like

My wife spent her early years in the UAE (and is of Palestinian heritage). One late night when we were there together in 2018 it was 34 degrees and very humid from a sea fog. I was melting. Jana put a jumper on. You can take the girl out of the Emirates...

Took the dog out for a walk at 6am today. On the way home I bumped into one of our neighbours...he was wearing jeans and a bomber jacket.
Turns out that 22 degrees is pretty chilly for a fella who has just returned from Pakistan!
