I have entered the Enduro magazine competition for a RAAW downhill frame- and the Euromillions. I am bound to win one of those, right?

I borrowed this bike yesterday for a test ride - it fits and climbs really well. On the descents the front end felt light and I almost lost the front wheel on the really steep stuff.
I'm assuming I didn't have enough weight over the front wheel - and I'm used to riding a bigger bike so my position was probably crap.
Is there any other reasons - like the bike is too long / short? Or perhaps it just wasn't set up right for me. I did not get on with the grips and the bars were a bit too high for me.

Cool bike! What is it?
You probably have to move your weight forward a bit, new bikes always take some getting used to. -

mixed group rides look like this?

Triscombe and Minehead are fucking wild, so steep but lots of fun. Literally didn't see anyone out yesterday, couple of locals today. It is a bit hot.

Dredge, but it’s Loctite 641 for fixing noisy headset cups. You’ll need an activator too if it’s alloy into alloy.

That practically new DHX sold for £225 - following eBays suggested strategy of a low starting price to gain attention and therefore bids was, shall we say, unwise.
I'll go for BIN's in future.

Yep, there's loads of trails in Head Down woods, I'm going to go back for a more leisurely look - once you get used to how loose it is they're a lot of fun. Big change from Surrey Hills in terms of type of surface/available grip.

I'd wear elbow protection. The scares up both of mine attest to them being the first place to hit. And having a wound re opened because it's infected with dirt is painful.
