USE have some stems in their outlet store if you wanted a cheap, similar replacement!

Yeah, I was looking at this, none in 120mm though. Not sure I'd want the same stem again after this anyway, had it torqued correctly as it was on a carbon steerer.
@jontea @deerheart Am very glad too! Especially as I'll be taking this on a fortnight bikepacking trip across Turkey in October.
On that note, rear brake on this needs bleeding, so taking this into my LBS on Friday to resolve. Also getting a third bottle cage mounts fitted on the bottom of downtube for some additional mounting.

Annoying discovery - stem on the Ritchey had cracked all the way through. It's a nice Ultimate USE one too. Well, at least I discovered it before it gave way. Got a Thomson X4 somewhere I can put on instead.
