I've been thinking about the remainder of the build... leaning towards the following at present:
Fork - Columbus Futura SL
Handlebar - Deda Elementi Superleggera
Stem - Kalloy Uno w/ Ti bolts
Seatpost - KCNC Ti Pro Lite
Crankset - Rotor 3D+
Chainring - Undecided but probably not going to go for FibreLyte again, they were splendid but unnecessary.
Derailleur - SRAM Red 22 Mechanical
Front Mech - ??? 1x?
Brifters - SRAM Red 22 Mechanical
Brakes - Undecided but thinking Dura Ace 9100... would like CaneCreek EEbrakes but obviously $$$... open to suggestion.
