• I've worked out how these sit/stand desks work - they make your feet sore, so instead of groaning about back pain, you moan about foot pain. Clever.

  • They take getting used to.

    Start with an hour a day standing... increase as you feel comfortable. End up with a mix of sitting and standing.

  • I mean, I know. I'm quite adept at transferring pain to other body parts. :)

    Not gonna stop me documenting my new toy in unnecessary detail.

    I did experiment with standing work years ago - think it was a cupboard door stacked on top of my speakers :)
