Nope.. I've found my saddle height through trial and error for years. I don't ride for "performance" and only ride with flat pedals though.
I'd think it'd be of much more value to learn to listen to your body and adjust your bike according than throwing money at a bikefit.. but that's just me.

The answer, as ever, is to go and have a proper bike fit that includes pressure mapping, isn't it?
