I have some photos from that race but I can't even tell if it's France or Italy. I should've enabled location embedding for the pics during races, then I'd know where they were taken!

Anyone recognise these locations? Any of them AdH?

Second pic is definitely after riding Galibier at night because I have a pic of the pasta I ate in Valloise. Yep, so those gravel roads are probably the gravel approach to Alpe d'Huez - it matches with the tracker

1st is other side of the valley, my version below, probably my favourite part of the trip. No longer in horrific pain, good views and awesome road.
I put my Col De Cloy pic in the pics from the saddle pic, just after the chapel I think. My gps/ route went a bit crazy around there.

I do remember that kind of "shelf" road, just don't know exactly where it is.
Loved it! Amazing views up there.
