Not quite the same, but when GCN freezes and I have to refresh the page it jumps to "live" time which means potential spoilers since I'm usually watching it an hour or so behind. Why doesn't it go back to where it stopped or at least back to the start if they're not that clever? I have to be very ready to avert my eyes when I skip it back to where it fucked up. Stupid.

Having a good look at the ones I took off, there was zero reason.

A bit of paint has been scratched off, with imperceptible depth.

No impact damage, which is totally consistent with the crash profile.

I would 100 percent ride them again, with no qualms.

Luckily I didn't spend £££ on the new bars.

(Having said that, I wouldn't sell them without disclaiming the crash damage)

I shall fill the feeders with sunflower hearts and then the pigeons will start hoovering up the dropped seeds. It is less than twelve metres and up hill from my sniper point. The end of the garden is 45 metres away and about 2.5 metres higher. There is no chance that any pellet will leave the boundary of my garden. The photo of my neighbour's roof yesterday evening. I think 47 birds were present. If only he had paid the little extra and had his panel gaps blocked off this wouldn't be necessary.

Grass could do with a drink.

Thames Water and Lanes For Drains who just rocked up in front of the house at 11, pumped one of the drains for a bit, sat around chatting then drove off without any reasoning as to what was going on. Had to close the window so the bedroom is even more boiling and it the smell of shit still made it in.

Urban lawns don't need watering. When it's hot and dry they will go a bit brown. They will soon be green again when it rains.

Watering a lawn is a waste of water and energy on an epic scale.

One of my worst bike crashes was directly caused by those pedals when one rolled under my foot while I was out the saddle and I hit the deck, hard.

I noticed some country pigeons look similar to pheasants, which I understand aren’t bad eating.

I hate that my skin is stupidly sensitive to adhesives/bandages, so every time I need to use a bandage - because I have some sort of injury - I end up with itchy red blistered skin too.
