I think water resistance so you can take it swimming or in the shower is a generally helpful feature. But for most of us, 300m water resist is a bit like having a car that does 150 mph when the speed limit is 70. Or a 53x13 top gear when you live nowhere near any HC descents and don't have Jens Voigt's legs.
You mean to say you aren't a qualified saturation diver spending weeks at a time in pressurised environments breathing a helium-oxygen mixture?
Strikes me as the ultimate Walt feature.
