I can't commit to the whole thing this year so plan to set off early-ish (7:30-8) ride to The Bell at Great Bardfield and then ride back via Felsted and Blackmore.
Can you share your route, please? I don't want to get on coaches or ride home in the blazing sun and this seems like a good workaround.

I've agonised over several routes and I think this is the one I'm happiest with:

It can always be shortened on the night by heading straight via Fyfield and Ongar.

Anyone after coach tickets might want to check Dunwich Dynamo Facebook page, as a few have been offered by people dropping out over the last couple of days. There's also a list of food and beers stops on there.
