    adjustable desk arms/clamps can be had for £15, i'd focus on the quality of the monitor for the budget as you can't change that once you've bought it.

  • Unfortunately it has to have a stand as it can't clamp to the table and I have to be able to pick the monitor up and put it away at the end of the day.
