• Posting here for the first time. Was doing pretty well, but stalled recently and then a bit of a setback over the weekend with picnics and bbqs - cheese, bread, beer, strawberry daiquiris, sausages etc.

    Need to get back on the horse now. Horse in question is one meal a day fasting (basically, eat whatever you want but only between 6-8pm).

    Hoping (ambitiously) to get to 89kg in about a month, long term goal is more like 76-80kg.
