You are not alone. Have had a stressful and exhausting month and consequently have eaten bucket loads of crisps, drunk loads of beer, and eaten a lot of bread. Also whatever other shit is in reach. Back up to 79kg as a result. This is my red line though - having got down from 91 I said to myself that 79 was the upper limit from here on, so I’m going to have to put that to the test now.
