spin them slowly and eyeball the lines just above the bead, often you see a dip where the bead hasn’t completely gone into rim but at a glance looks o.k.
I have had tyres pump up to max psi for seating like this still hold air but thats without the added forces of riding the bike.
Had a Vitttoria that wouldn’t seat properly in one spot despite holding air but finally sorted with an airshot blast.
