There were a lot of satisfying pop pop pops on the way up, went up to about 75psi. Rims (hunt 4 season gravel @gbj_tester ) are internal width so shouldn’t be an issue there, I don’t think.
Wasn’t a huge amount of sealant each time, first time definitely a v small amount, second time difficult to tell seemed a bit more but I was going fast and a bit worried about dying.
Will give them another inflate and see if I can see anything around the rim. Here was me thinking “hah, for once I have installed tubelezz without issues”.

I know it's awfy simple but did you pump them right up on first fitting to max psi? Get some pings?
Perhaps a rim width compatibility issue? Although I'm not sure the G One range has very stringent guidelines on that having ridden them.
