Managed pretty even pacing despite it being a bit of a lonely/windy run, confusing results as gun time was 36:58, chip time 36:04 and watch time 36:40 but was somewhere in there! Had a mate with me for 2k but he began to drop off and then he pulled out at 5k..
So a bit off sub 2:50 equivalent pace but 12 weeks of training to get me there and a half marathon at the end of august to have another check in…
