Yeah, it’s just a bit too long to use one sheet and double up. I got a sheet of 18mm marine ply in the end at a good price, and I think I will be doubling up with 10cm off cut strips on all sides.
Use a router to trim it up, and add a small round over or chamfer.What’s the recommended finish to waterproof it?

The size is a bit of a fucker isn't it? As you're just outside of any way to get two pieces from one sheet. Then 25mm gets pricier. I wonder if just doubling up front and back with 15cm strips front and back from the offcuts rather than doubling the whole thing up would be sufficient. That's why I asked what sort of use it'd see.
