OK weird a few weeks back I achieved and acceptance that 70kg was fine, it was a healthy weight and maybe my sub-70kg days are behind me.
I’m 68.6kg now, almost the lightest I have been in about 3 years. I have been consistently under 70kg for about a fortnight.
