Yeah I'd go for the tdv8 l322 if I was in the market for a big bus.

The very one to get. Much better engine and like 2mpg less.
Get a cream interior however.

Heard a slightly sobering story today from a reliable mate. His mate bought a second hand 5 series BMW for £23000. Good car, lots of extras etc. The guy had it a week and wrecked it at a roundabout. Insurance assessor came out, first thing he checked was the mapping. The car had been remapped by a previous owner. The current owner, apparently, wasn’t aware. Insurance company walked away and refused to pay out as they decided it was an undeclared modification.

Has ever been thus!

It’s mad that these once expensive cars are now available for peanuts
it isn't mad at all. it's a sensible reflection of their actual value in their current state and age.

Ouch indeed! I only mention it as I know a couple of people who are planning on remaps and they haven’t considered the insurance issue.

That’s my fave modern rr too

I haven't got round to it yet...

The latter bigger (4.4?) Is meant to be better but the earlier is good too. Head to PH, they love them and loads of talk and threads by barge owners.
If I were in the UK I'd get one. But I think you should be comfortable with a OBD reader and a socket set for sure.
Here's one thread by googling "tdv8 l322 piston heads"They're a bit more money out here. Also they're not common as much so you look like a flash prick. I decided that a banged out outback is a much better way to waft around in low key speed here. And I'll get an old shogun or patrol when I have some spare cash.

Not sure how useful those A/T tyres are on the back of that.

There's so many red flags the USA wants to invade to squash the threat of communism.

Spotted a dreamy 1965 Lancia Fulvia Coupe today in a kind of sage green colour. The interior was spotless too and looked a very cool place to sit, lovely polished wood dashboard, stylish wheel and gear stick and super comfy looking seats. Wish I'd taken pics o the inside, but didn't want to ogle too close and possibly dribble over it.

No love for the s1.5 or s2?

Now my usual fulvia commentary:
Can you see the heated rear screen?;
Door shuts are like that as the car may have alloy doors that were a bespoke fit
Good to see that they haven't painted red and made it look like a hf look alike.
If it was a UK car it would have cost more than an etype!
The seats are amazingly comfortable, the interior is a nice place to be. -

Cars like that make me think of that emoji with hearts for eyes. Beautiful
