Check how far you need to walk to get the OXtube, Victoria is a bit fucked at the moment. In theory, if you're leaving London before 0800 you should be OK, but check before travelling as you may be better off getting the actual tube to Marble Arch

I'd probably have left a couple of days ago, it's at least a 2 day hike.
You could go from Paddington or Marylebone if you fancy the train though.
