Aluminium Frame Builders

In my quest to replace my S-Works Allez I've been on the lookout for a spicy aluminium hip hop frame and couldn't find any thread on recommendations for builders making such things...

Who are the aluminium frame builders?

Do you really want a frame builder built frame?

There's relatively few builders working in aluminium so it'd seem that rather than choosing someone/something you really want, you'll have to settle for what you can get to a certain degree.

Not necessarily bespoke built but some of the builders building fancy aluminium stuff...

Those are the ones that immediately come to mind when I think of them but there surely must be more out there and these ones are all USA based...

The frames are built in , I think, Padua.

no idea, not looked at ebay for years.
somebody did try to sell a dodgy one on here a few years back, it was made by his brother at a young offenders workshop which he set up after they fell out. it looked a bit ropey.

Have emailed FTW... reddit suggests c.$2,000 for whatever your heart desires but we'll see, shipping and taxes don't make it the most desirable option sadly because I'd love a FTW frame otherwise!

This. Also, anything in Columbus Starship. GT Edge Aero if you want early badly thought out aero but hiphop slave and well fabricated. Anything early 90s made by Verlichi (basically Ducati) if you want sublime smoothness.
