It's on hold from 21 July until after the conference season anyway because of the summer recess. And there's no way this will be properly sorted out by then.
For all the talk of "there's a cost of living crisis we can't just have a non-functioning government" that's what will happen over summer, unless they recall Parliament (not going to happen).
Unless you're a rabid Tory/Brexiter this is for the best, as any laws they passed would almost certainly make things worse anyway.

Whoever is in role will not be progressing any legislation through parliament so does it really matter? This country is on hold till the Tories get someone voted in.
