Shakedown ride will be the N19 to Chingford BR transit. Absolutely nothing can go wrong with this plan.

I have also made no steps to build my bike yet but it's totally going to be absolutely fine and finished in time

@LukeG reminded me last week, the night he smashed his ring finger into a tree in protestation, that it is in fact his wedding the day of the ride…..

Thought about that but I'd still have to rotate it in the ultrasonic. I've just hosed the fucker down with degreaser and scrubbed with toothbrush, rinsed, then rinsed with IPA, then sanded it then rinsed it and done the same to the pads and now I have no braking and no squeal or I did, for about 2mins and then it came back.

I did that yesterday.

I just did another rotation of cleaning and it does quiet them down for a bit then they get grippy again and then they honk. I'm done sanding and cleaning and bullshit. They're gonna get new rotors and pads but probably not before the weekend so you can all enjoy the noisy shitfest.

I probably should work out how to get to the start.

I have canti's fitted. The front squeals like a **** and the back is slack as a ****.

I think I'll probably get Crossrail to Liverpool St then maybe the train to Chingford. If that doesn't work I might be riding from LP Street.
