These letters are excellent reading.
I'm imagining handing my notice in at previous jobs where instead of saying things like "I've been presented with an exciting new opportunity for personal development elsewhere" I just say "I have no confidence whatsoever in your integrity and ability to do your job, and I think everyone in this team deserves much better"
