  • My ITB syndrome is back. I had to stop a tour early because of it and that's been the prompt to make a concerted effort at tackling it: glute activation, glute exercises & mobility. Can't afford physio at the moment.
    I've rested now for around two weeks save for a couple of short bike rides, and been doing physio for a week and a half or so. Sat here tonight feeling disheartened as I can feel a load of tension down the leg of my bad knee, can essentially feel the ITB across my knee and it's clicking as I bend my knee. Anyone experienced this before? Am I doing too much too soon? All I'm doing is dogwalking (short, the dog is injured too) and my physio in terms of movement.
