Ugh, battery drain here as well, 10% overnight. Granted, if its damaged cables most of the times I know exactly where to look. The RD cable got a bit mangled as it was a super tight fit to get it through the frame at the dropout. Remove BB, test with another cable routed around the frame, if confirmed I'll drill up the frame 0.5-1mm larger...
BUT I had my first 2 rides with a full di2 set (on my TT bike I have my "hacked" system with my 3D printed switches...etC), and I am really impressed.
