The TT was exciting I thought, but it is pretty hard to make an exciting race parcours when it's flat everywhere and ASO requires wide roads for the finishing kilometres.
You could easily create something like a Belgian spring classic but not safe enough for the tour.Edit: what drøn said
You could make an amazing stage around Aarhus and Silkeborg with loads of elevation, but infrastructure issues and no close proximity to German motorway rules that out

The racing in Denmark has been fucking boring. They relied on the wind to shake things up and it didn’t blow in the right direction. Absolute snoozefest.
Are there no hills they could have put towards the end of one of the stages?
Great crowds though and Magnus Cort going solo was a bright point.
