It's not far off though.
There are e few hills, but I guess the location and infrastructure doesn't accomodate a tour stage.
They tried to include some of the popular climbs. The best known Kiddesvej is just next to the first côte of stage 3, but the street was apparently deemed too narrow so they took the other way up.
Mostly the routes seems to be about showing some nice landscapes and sites, I guess. -
It sounds good though.
I mean it's a marketing point. Good for retirees cycling trips.
