Yes, I believe all the canopy hoods can have charcoal filters and recirculate.
They are very helpful on the phone though, so you can just call and ask if you're not sure.
The canopy sizes generally correspond with the size of kitchen unit they are going to be mounted under, e.g. 54cm for 60cm cabinets, 76cm for 80cm cabinets and 86cm for 90cm cabinets.

Compared to the similar Howdens Lamona option, the Lamona is 57-71db, the Luxair is 47-68db with similar power.
There is a lower powered cheaper shallow canopy Lamona version, which has an extraction rate of 321m3/h (less than half the above) and noise level of 73db, which you should probably avoid.
Unlikely to get anything more powerful or quiet than 650m3/h for a built in hood, unless you spend thousands on a Miele fan.
