I fancy giving it a go, but can’t find one at a decent price. Steel bezel looks like the best option.

Feeling like a dissenter today, but to me it’s a quite average diver trying it’s best to distinguish itself from the crowded competition.

Yeah, fair enough.
Anyway, who's had first dibs on my 144? :-)

Grats to all the new Squale owners!

I like it but I'd rather it had different bezel numerals. The bezel graphics look weak and fussy compared to the super stark blocky dial.
Also, German submarine steel is a differentiator, no?

I think there's a queue for it. I like the u50 but love your 144

Well here’s a curve ball, what’s your favourite time only watch?

• #65684
This would be up there (unless you mean watches that we own).

My gamble paid off with mine CWS/JURA couldn't get their act together so i blew them out and carried on looking online and watch exclusive popped up new shop based in Slovakia with little but all good feedback on trustpilot with a couple of reviews mentioning no customs or taxes to pay so i took a chance and paid just £713 for it with the best UK price £841. Then i started to worry as since ordering i ordered a necklace for my wife from what i thought was a uk shop/site but is actually based in Czech Republic with only a PO box here and i got clobbered with hundreds in taxes and customs charges and i even got a message from RM for this saying I've got a parcel on the way which may carry a charge if applied upon customs clearance due to the value of the item so i thought thats it then I'm definitely getting stung but it turned up today fine with nothing to pay. I checked the paperwork and the seller put down a value of €200 and got away with it. I've been told Gnomon do this as well which works "most" of the time so I'll take that gamble again as Gnomon are the only place i can find carrying the Pepsi Gmt. Really happy with this though it looks big when you open the box but it really sits into your wrist and not just on it. The milanese feels great quality but I'll probably stick it straight on a grey Nubuck/suede rally strap though then buy a few more as a lot of online chat refer to these as strap monsters so I'll have play around with it especially as i bought it as a summer fun watch

I’m surprised it’s taken them this long to do a standard black dial version.
Great watches, just wish they were 38mm with a 20mm lug width.

Nice to have a little trepidation. I think the 30 atmos is exclusive to Gnomon. Some people say their watches arrive in the Europe within 2 days via DHL from Gnomon. I got mine on eBay as the 42mm tropic is discontinued.

Not worn a watch on a nato for a while. Not a fan of the extra height, but I still quite like it like this.

Is it diddy? What size? 38?
Ive never liked Seiko prospex bracelets. Always seem cheap and flimsy.
Congrats my Squale turned up today. I still fancy yours with the Pepsi bezel as well
