  • Fair enough. I've only really got into biga dough and the 48 hours+ planning needed is a drawback. Having something you could pull out the night before and pizza the next evening would be very tempting...

  • When I make pizza dough (just a boring recipe atm!) I tend to make a big batch and freeze in balls similar to those sold by that site. They defrost pretty quickly and mean the faff to pizza ratio is a lot less
