69.7kg this morning, it doesn’t really count unless it official Monday weigh in, but it’s the first time I’ve seen a weight in the 60s ever so a bit excited, just had a load of sugar free banana bed which is sub optimal in terms of being keto, but it needed eating and I’ve got a long run and hard bike to do today so know I’ll burn it off!
