I've been wearing a 3M respirator whenever I'm not outdoors for the past two and half years.
Five days a week, I spend three hours per day on the trains.
I'm the only one in our (unventilated) office of four who hasn't had covid.
GWS with minimal suffering to those that haven't been so lucky.
