I wish I'd got one or two of them at the time. I'll never forget the mis-priced £2.99/3.99 schwalbe G-One speeds that SJS honoured, though.

Once caught a major retailer out on a box of 25 or 50 9sp chains for the price of one chain. They profusely apologised and I let it go.
