How could it be a vest? It says lumbar. (Not directed at you, just confusion)
I think I figured it out. The reviews are from this product: https://www.aldi.co.uk/crane-black-running-vest/p/813181583923400 but they've just applied them to that other one as well

Waist bag with two water pouches for £10. Looks like it could be handy for longer rides on hot days.
Although some of the reviews are describing it as a vest - it's a bit unclear from the photos how exactly it's worn. Might be worth checking out in-store.
