Ta pal.
Purely because I stole it straight from my Stumpjumper, where it’s attached to a rack where it was actually necessary. I’ll be mounting whichever dynamo light I get straight to the light mount in place of the ‘Gino’. Which is actually made by origin 8 and cost like ten bucks.

You gotta pay homage to your roots (dbad).

Keep the Sora sticker, it'll be fun to watch the bike snobs nervous twitches kick in as they carefully cast an eye over your fine bicycle.

Since finding out Sora means “Sky” in Japanese, I have warmed to it - it’s a shame it’s not higher end with a name like that, you would think “Sora” would be top spec, as high as the sky.

This is why I got Dura Ace shifters. It translates to: ‘this Crust fuckin’ slaps. Yewwww!’

Annoyingly, Crust's website says a size 2 or 3 Zefal will fit the pump peg behind the seat tube. My LBS had a size 3 so I grabbed it. Got it home and it absolutely does not fit, so its on the top tube until I get a size 2.
Also switched out the Selle Anatomica saddle I had. Comfy when it worked, but noisy, constantly lost its tension and ultimately is a saddle that shouldn't exist. They've applied a leather saddle construction method to a material that does not behave like leather and it just doesn't work. Scam. This is a Velo Orange Touring saddle or something. Actually very comfy and it was only $45.
All in all, loving this bike. Have a lot of fun on it whenever I ride it and it does exactly what I wanted it to - which is just a chill flat pedal light off road bike that I can cruise around on. Which is exactly what I do when I ride it.
Still need to get a light but I'll do that when it starts to get dark.

Ok, just stop now!
I went out Saturday and Sunday, by Sunday afternoon my bike had a very pleasing film of dust on it, should have taken a few pics for posterity, unfortunately it's pissed it down now, so next weekend it would probably be a film of brown sludge. -

This looks absolutely great! Flat pedal fun times are hard to beat.
Can’t help but feel it needs a witslingers frame bag (once the pump has moved) for a final forum touch, which would also leave lots of space for a fork crown mounted light…

Not really economical to buy a bag from Europe when there are so many bag makers in the U.S., tbh. I'll probably get something like a Roadrunner Jammer. This bike needs weight over its front wheel, not inside its main triangle. Still be able to mount a light on the for crown or on one of the mounts underneath the canti posts.

Ah, that is true. Roadrunner looks sweet. I’ve always liked the swift catalyst and the bagsxbird piccolo, but likewise not really economical from over here!

The Catalyst looks cool but I lost interest after reading this: https://redrocksreview.com/index.php/2022/05/05/review-swift-industries-catalyst/ that said: 'This bag sort of works for me. It can hold some light layers, but not much else, it just doesn’t deal with weight or bulk. It is total bike jewelry and not much more.'
Also, Swift now produce their stock stuff overseas but still price it like MiUSA stuff so, yeah, not a brand I'd buy from anymore.
Roadrunner bags are made 12 miles away from my home...

It really just needs a rack and basket with bungee cords.
Looks fantastic JB, though I'm curious as to why your Gino is on a lil extender arm?
